A Focused Civil Law Firm

Our attorneys, Melissa V. Bond, Esq., and Jeffrey C. McCullough, Esq., started the law firm Bond & McCullough in 1991, when they had already been practicing for 11 and nine years, respectively. While ours is a general civil practice law firm, we have particular expertise in wills, trusts, and estate administration as well as bankruptcy law. We also represent clients with family law, real estate, small business matters, and mortgage foreclosure defense. Attorney Bond is a certified real estate broker.

Our lawyers have received numerous honors and distinctions throughout the years. For example, Melissa Bond is the Past Chair of the Bucks County Bar Association Orphans' Court Division. She was also appointed by the Pennsylvania governor to be the Chair of the Bucks County Trial Court Nominating Committee. Currently, Melissa serves as a Trustee of Bucks County Historical Society and the President's Advisory Board of Delaware Valley University. Jeff McCullough has been a law clerk for the Honorable Edmund V. Ludwig, who at the time was a judge on the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable James T. McDermott, a Justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

We work with individuals and small business persons, not big business, and value the relationships we cultivate with the clients whose cases we take. We take pride in helping people create a legal foundation from which they can begin to frame their lives with more optimism and stability.
