Melissa V. Bond, Esq. has practiced law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for more than (20) years. She is the founder and senior partner of Bond & McCullough Law Firm. Melissa has handled a significant number of cases over the years with remarkable success. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Will, Estates, Domestic Relations and Real Estate. Jeffrey C. McCullough, Esq. is a life-long resident of the Doylestown area. He grew up in Doylestown Borough and was graduated from Central Bucks West High School, Class of 1976. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies at Penn State and completing law school at Widener University School of Law in Delaware, Jeff returned to Doylestown to start his legal career in 1983.
Jeff first served as law clerk to the Honorable Edmund V. Ludwig, then a Judge on the Court of Common pleas of Bucks County. He moved on to serve for two years as a law clerk to the Honorable James. T. McDermott, Justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Thereafter, Jeff entered private practice as an associate with Randolph Scott, Esq., in Warrington, PA., where he gained valuable litigation experience.

In 1988, Mr. McCullough began his association with Melissa Bond. They opened an office on Broad Street in Doylestown where they remained until 1997. Mr. McCullough began to develop his specialization in debtor-creditor law at this time and was one of the first attorneys in Doylestown to focus his practice on bankruptcy law. Ms. Bond and Mr. McCullough formed their partnership in 1991 and continue to practice law together at their Franklin Street Office.
Mr. McCullough continues to concentrate his practice in bankruptcy law. He enjoys helping individuals and small business persons getting a fresh financial start and seeing clients regain success and happiness. Mr. McCullough also handles real estate transactions, collections, and credit repair, incorporations, wills and many other general practice matters.
Mr. McCullough is the father of two children. He is a member of the New Britain Township Zoning Hearing Board. He is active in local youth sports leagues and plays music with a local band for recreation.
